It has snowed quite a bit in the past couple of days, and today most businesses were closed. Since I do not drive in snow AT ALL, my wonderful boss came to pick me up. They are both from Colorado so our snow is nothing compared to what they have dealt with, brave souls.
And with in 2 minutes of arriving, Carson had me outside in the freezing, snowy, coldness! I lasted about 11 minutes, and went inside to pour a cup of coffee. :) Through out the day I believe the boys were outside about 5 times, and I was out there a total of 23 minutes, at least I actually tried to enjoy the snow. Just way too cold for my warm blooded body.
Carson and I tried to make Snow Ice Cream, ick. So not good! We opted for Chocolate Chip Cookies! Much better. We also spent time playing Transformers and Power Rangers, along with that good ol' tent of theirs!
This video cracks me up. Carson is into spelling everything!! Which is so fun, and Oliver is following right behind his big brother. Here he is spelling his name ..
Not bad for a 2 year old, right?! I love his excitement. Overall, a good day! Made it home safe, and will be picked up in the morning.
