{snickerdoodles w/filling}

Snickerdoodle time, with a twist! Russ and Agata came over for dinner on Sunday, and they had been complaining that I was slacking in the delivery of baked goods to them recently. It's been busy, what can I say? So, I decided to bake up some Snickerdoodles for them, and since Russ loves goodies with frosting and or fillings, I decided to put Cinnamon Cream Cheese in the center of these bad boys!

These Snickerdoodles are the best, and I am not trying to up my baking skills .. But gosh, they are good. Crispy around the edges and soft as you head towards the center. Everyone thought they hit the spot, and added even more moistness.
